Delivery and Returns

UK delivery

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £40.
  • Standard delivery on orders under £40 is £4.99.
  • Please allow 3 to 4 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. All deliveries are tracked and sent with EVRI or DPD. Please allow a little longer during seasonal periods.
  • Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day, and orders placed on a Friday are dispatched the following Monday.

Returns

We want you to love your candle. If you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please email amac@home-away.co.uk first so we can give you the return details. Candles must be unburnt, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 10 working days.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, including the delivery cost.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
